The new year is knocking at the doors and like last year you want to make the same resolution again, of losing weight and looking fab. Start your day with lemon water to give a boost to your metabolism.
Reduce your caffeine intake to 2-3 cups a day.
If you can’t have your tea or coffee without sugar, go for natural substitutes like stevia.
Snack on nuts like roasted almonds, walnuts and peanuts. But do not have more than a handful a day.
Snack on bananas, oranges, walermelon, papaya and any fruit of your choice. But don’t go beyond two a day.
Drink 12 glasses of water a day.
Go for skimmed milk.
Limit your intake of sugary drinks and fast food to just once a week.
Instead of gorging on greasy canteen food, carry your own lunch to work.
